Policy Statement
This site has been developed by the New Homes Marketing Board (NHMB) and the House Builders Federation (HBF) and it acts as a dedicated search engine to enable the general public to contact new home builders and developers direct. In particular please note in developing and supporting this site that NHMB and HBF are not marketing on behalf of themselves or any of the authorised users of the site any specific home or product and they do not receive any fees, commissions or other remuneration from the authorised users in the event of a new home featured in the site being sold.
The only charges (calculated on the annual turnover basis) made by NHMB and HBF are on an annual basis to developers and the site is free to all other users. The site is run on a non-profit making basis.
