There is a local bus service giving access to a wide network of local and national routes, and both Glasgow International and Glasgow Prestwick airports are around 15 and 27 miles respectively.

Leave Glasgow by the M8 motorway following signs for International Airport. Once over the Kingston Bridge slight left and leave the M8 to join the M77. At junction 4 exit the motorway by the slip road to join the B769 following signs for Newton Mearns/Stewarton. At he the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Stewarton Road/B769. At the first roundabout on Strearton Rd, drive straight through. At the second roundabout take the second exit and turn right onto Primrose Avenue and follow signs for Mearns Grove.
