Roffey Homes are a family owned business with over 40 years experience of building only new build apartments at the top end of the market. We only develop sites along the West Sussex coastal strip and put a particular emphasis on location. All our construction work is carried out by our fully owned sister company Westbrooke Developments, who employ their own direct labourforce, enabling quality to be maintained throughtout the construction process.
