Established in 2002, New-homes.co.uk was developed through a partnership between the New Homes Marketing Board (NHMB) and the Home Builder Federation (HBF). Our website is supported by the majority of HBF members all of whom are professional new home builders. Collectively they represent over 80% of new homes built in the UK each year. New-homes.co.uk is not driven by the need to make a profit but to provide a dedicated service to the house building industry.
Our Aim
