CALA Homes has released the final phases of homes at two of its most popular developments in the east of Scotland: Longacre, Kirkliston and Queen Margaret Grove, Corstorphine.

Less than 18 months since the showhome launches, 51 homes have been sold at Longacre, Kirkliston. The final phase of detached four and five bedroom family homes have now been released to meet demand.

To mark the final release, a limited-time-only incentive is available on plot 43 at Longacre. This spacious, four bedroom detached home with study is available for £420,000 with £15,000 discount plus Part Exchange. Two showhomes are open daily, and Part Exchange is available on selected homes.

Success is echoed at Queen Margaret Grove in Corstorphine where the final six homes have just been released after two thirds of the development was snapped up in less than six months. An incentive is available on a four bedroom home at plot 122, available for £495,000 with £15,000 discount and Part Exchange. A 2,200 sq ft five bedroom showhome is open daily at Queen Margaret Grove, with interiors designed by Jeffrey's.

Sarah Stanger, sales and marketing director, CALA Homes (East), said: "Longacre and Queen Margaret Grove have enjoyed fantastic success in recent months. Both developments benefit from an excellent location and the spacious detached homes appeal to growing families. Furthermore, with great transport links on their doorstep, these homes have been a hit with city centre workers and commuters.

"The release of the final phase of homes at these developments illustrates how high the level of interest has been. We don't expect the last few homes at Longacre and Queen Margaret Grove to be on the market for long, and look forward to working with prospective buyers to help them make the move to a new dream home."

The Longacre, Kirkliston and Queen Margaret Grove, Corstorphine showhomes and sales offices are open daily from 11am - 5:30pm daily. For further information visit www.calahomes.co.uk or call 01324 600 000.
