Record sales success for CALA Homes' Ratho development.
CALA Homes has hit the mark with nearly £13 million worth of sales at its canalside development - The Mooring, Ratho. The record sales were generated in only 12 months, from January 2011 - January 2012.
The demand for high quality family homes in the west of Edinburgh have fuelled success at The Mooring, with 32 homes sold in the past year alone. Only four of the current phase of homes remain available.

After two winters snowed in at her Kelso home, Sheila decided it was time for a move back to Edinburgh, to be near her friends and family who are spread across the central belt and Fife.
